If United States is hated so much, why are foreigners wanting to come here?

And get a job, working in doctors offices, hospitals, fast food joints or even opening up hotels, or little rip off grocery stores. How do these people get these grants, and not have to pay taxes on this?Yes I understand the U. S. A. is the land of the free ( suppose to be), but I can not get anything free and I was born here.
